IceKing Challenge terms and conditions
1. The organiser
The IceKing Challenge ("the Challenge") is run by icetop ("we", "us"). Questions about the Challenge can be sent to us on WhatsApp.
2. Who can enter
The Challenge is open to individuals aged 18 or over who live in India. Our employees, distributors and their immediate families cannot enter. We may ask the winner for proof of age, identity and address.
3. Dates
The Challenge is launching soon. The entry period ("the Entry Period") and the date the winner is announced will be published on this page before entries open. Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be considered.
4. How to enter
Create an original idea, drink or use case featuring an icetop ice cube cup, and post a photo or video of it on Instagram during the Entry Period with the hashtag #IceKingChallenge, tagging icetop\'s official Instagram account (to be announced at launch). Your account must be public. No purchase is needed to enter, but the entry must feature an icetop ice cube cup. You may enter more than once. Each entry must be your own original work and must not infringe anyone else\'s rights.
5. What is not allowed
Entries must not be unsafe, illegal, offensive, misleading or promote alcohol to minors, and must not show anyone who has not agreed to appear in them. We may disqualify any entry or entrant that breaks these terms or tries to manipulate the Challenge.
6. Judging
This is a contest of skill, not a game of chance. A panel chosen by us will judge all valid entries on originality (40%), real-life usefulness (30%) and how clearly the entry shows the idea (30%). One winner will be chosen. The judges' decision is final.
7. The prize
The winner receives: one year of free icetop ice cube cups (up to a reasonable personal-use quantity, details agreed with the winner); a cash prize of Rs 10,000; one latest-model Apple iPhone (base storage variant, as available at the time of award); and one-year subscriptions to Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Google Gemini (paid plan) and ChatGPT (Plus plan), provided as gift cards, vouchers or account credit as we decide. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash except where stated, and cannot be transferred. If a prize becomes unavailable, we may replace it with one of similar value.
8. Taxes
Prizes are subject to applicable tax laws in India. Tax deducted at source (TDS) under the Income Tax Act, 1961 will be applied to the total value of the prize as required by law, and the winner may be asked to pay the TDS amount or provide their PAN before the prize is handed over. Any other tax is the winner's responsibility.
9. Claiming the prize
We will contact the winner through Instagram direct message from our official account. The winner must reply within 7 days and provide the details we ask for. If they do not, we may choose another winner.
10. Use of entries
By entering, you allow us to share your entry, name and city on our website, social media and marketing, with credit to you, without further payment. You keep ownership of your entry.
11. Your data
We use the details you send only to run the Challenge and contact you about it. We do not sell your data.
12. Other terms
We may change or cancel the Challenge if something outside our control affects it, and will post any change on this page. iPhone, Netflix, Prime Video, Google Gemini and ChatGPT are trademarks of their respective owners, who do not sponsor, endorse or run this Challenge. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
